Returns

    1. What is your return policy? We offer a 30-day return window for unused and unopened products. To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team with your order number and the items you wish to return.

    2. How do I return a product? To return a product, please contact us using the email address beautyflaure@gmail.com

    3. Do you offer free returns? Currently, we do not offer free return shipping. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.

    4. Can I exchange an item? While we don't offer direct exchanges at this time, you're welcome to return the item and place a new order for the one you'd like instead. This helps us get your new item to you as quickly as possible!

    5. How long does it take to process a return? Once we receive your returned item, please allow  7–10 business days for processing. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method.

     

   Shipping & Delivery

 

  1. Do you ship internationally? Yes, we do not want to let anyone feel excluded, we offer international shipping 

  2. How much does shipping cost? As we don't want you to worry about all the extra costs, the shipping is free.

  3. How can I track my order? After your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. Use this number to track your shipment through our Tracking Page.

  4. What should I do if my order hasn't arrived? If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, please reach out to us at beautyflaure@gmail.com We will investigate the issue and assist you promptly.

  5. Can I change my shipping address after placing an order? As we aim to process orders as fast as possible, you must request any changes/cancellations within 12 hours of ordering. All requests after this time will be denied. Your order can be returned for a full refund after it is received.

Products

  1. Are your products cruelty-free? Yes, all Beauty Flauré products are cruelty-free and will never be tested on animals.

  2. Do you offer vegan products? Many of our products are vegan. Please refer to the product descriptions for specific information regarding ingredients and certifications.

  3. Are your products safe for sensitive skin? Our products are formulated with sensitive skin in mind. However, we recommend reviewing the ingredient list and conducting a patch test before full application.
